Privacy policy
What data DigitalNeuron collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights.
อัปเดตล่าสุด 22 ส.ค. 2569
This policy explains what DigitalNeuron collects and why. It is written to be read rather than to satisfy a checklist, and we would rather remove a data flow than justify it.
Last updated: 22 August 2026.
Who is responsible
DigitalNeuron operates this website. Contact details are in the contact page and at the end of this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you provide and the date of subscription. If you email us, we hold that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referring page — as a necessary part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.
Preferences stored in your browser. A small number of values are kept in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme choice and your cookie consent decision. These never leave your device and are not readable by us.
We do not ask you to create an account, collect payment details, or knowingly collect data from children.
Advertising
DigitalNeuron is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense.
Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve advertising based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our sites and other sites on the internet.
You can:
- Decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.
- Opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out more broadly at youradchoices.com or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Block cookies in your browser settings.
Declining does not remove advertising; it removes personalisation based on your browsing.
Google's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising policies.
Analytics
Where we use analytics, it is configured to measure aggregate traffic patterns rather than to build individual profiles, and it is subject to the same consent decision as advertising.
Legal basis (EEA and UK readers)
- Delivering the site — our legitimate interest in operating and securing it.
- Newsletter — your consent, given when you subscribe and withdrawable at any time.
- Advertising and analytics cookies — your consent, given or refused through the banner.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by:
- Our hosting and content delivery provider, to serve the site.
- Google, for advertising, as described above.
- Our newsletter provider, if you subscribe, solely to deliver the newsletter.
We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
Retention
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email the address below. We respond within one month.
EEA and UK readers may also complain to their national data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers maintain.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and the substance of the change described here.

คำถามที่พบบ่อย
- Does DigitalNeuron use cookies?
- The site itself stores only a small number of preferences in your browser, such as your theme choice and your cookie decision. Advertising partners may set additional cookies, which you can decline through the consent banner and your browser settings.
- How do I opt out of personalised advertising?
- Decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner, and use Google's Ads Settings to control personalisation across sites. You will still see advertising; it will not be personalised using your browsing behaviour.
- How do I request deletion of my data?
- Email the address in the Contact section of this page. If you subscribed to the newsletter, unsubscribing removes your address from that list.
